After my previous report I finally got to speak to a manager and the name changes finally got done. I am only posting as I have not been contacted as promised. Now what you have done is sent me an sms stating that my services are to suspended due to none payment. I furnished the proof of payment and showed you where YOU made the mistake as the payment was done before the name change but the payments and credits etc not carried across to the correct accounts! Do you hope and pray that joe public is stupid enough not to pick up these problems and will pay double on all their lines. lets see how long this is going to take to correct as you are suspending a paid service and I have the proof and correspondence. I will be taking this further if all accounts do not have their "partial charges" removed and all payments allocated correctly to all the lines in 48Hrs. I would also like to see where I gave authorisation for a debit order as you tried to debit the wrong persons account. some nice charges coming up as no authorisation was given on any of my accounts for debit orders and also for reconnection fees after the fact that you were paid on time and proof sent as requested.
