I cancelled my contract with vodacom beginning of May and the debit order went off on the 3rd June. When i called to find out why i was sent from pillar to posts by the agents. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes and no one could assist me. And initially they couldnt even pick up my details from their system which is very disappointing as i have had the contract for 2.5 years and the debit order went off yesterday but i dont exist on their records. The person i spoke to was so rude was not even prepared to make me understand why the debit order went off she just said I owe Vodacom. What kind of service is this? This is truly disappointing. Why is money deducted from my account when I have cancelled the contract? Also when the contract started in April 2011 I paid the money upfront. I dont understand why now the is still money deducted. Hope someone can clarify this for me...
