Refund of monies requested

I have paid my Vodacom Bill up cash for all 4 of my Vodacom contracts because of the bad service we received. We paid of all the accounts in October and phoned and got confirmation that the contracts were cancelled. We got telephonic confirmation that all the contracts were paid although the one contract only expired end November. End of November Vodacom deducted another payment from my Debit Order for R1600 (plus minus). We contacted Vodacom and the lady promised that within 14 days the money should be paid back into our account. We are still waiting and its almost a month later. Can someone at Vodacom please follow this up and revert back to me asap as it is alot of money to write of after we settled the account in full in October. Why was another payment taken end November.
