Debits for a cancelled contract

Greetings

I had a phone contract with with Vodacom which i have just cancelled. The cancellation has been effected since vodacom did not load the monthly airtime however to my surprise Vodacom deducted the money from my account.

Vodacom must stop the debit and refund my money with immediate effect.
