I am so disappointed in MTN I have 2 contracts with them and now I get this kind of service from them. I have upgrade my contract with them last year July and now all of a sudden my 1 sim card doesn't work any more the last time I have used this card was on the 25 of Oct 13 and this card is only expire in Aug 2015 they told me that I must do a sim swap and that will cost me R130.00 but I think this is not wright as this card did work before and when I have inserted the card in the phone it said that the card is not working any more. What kind of service is this now I must pay for a card that is not even 5 months old. I think you must get your facts straight and when all my contracts expires next year I WILL NEVER EVER take ANY CONTRACTS OUT with MTN AGAIN
