Billed for a top-up contract on a pre-paid 3G card

I received a vodacom sms on my 3G number which said that in July i will be billed for R374 which was weird since the 3G card i use is on my husband's name and i load it with prepaid data every month since July 2011.

Phoned the call centre and spoke to Malibongwe who informed me that my 3G card has been on a top-up 315 contract with BIS since July 2012 and the contract expires this year July. Malibongwe assured me that they will investigate and get back to me within 48hrs. I then received a sms from Keshni Gounder stating that the number is still on contract and i should send a written cancellation.

First off, since when has Vodacom contracts only been for one year? Because i exported a statement from your website and there is nothing before last year July. Secondly, where do you get off to just ADD an account to somebody's name? And lastly, this simcard has never been in a blackberry phone... i can show you proof of payment for prepaid data bundles since Aug 2011.

Please refund my husband for the 13 months that you have just taken from his account, that comes to R4862.
