Poor service

I went to the store for a sim swap and they took all my details then did it for me, but their system at that time was slow/off line. They told me all was fine and my sim card will be activated in 24hours time. Today when I inserted the sim card into my cell phone, the sim is not working, I phoned the call centre to ask what the problem was and they told me that the sim card is not provisioned (MEANING THAT THE SIM SWAP WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY) Now i can't use my phone because my sim card is not working and i wanted to unsubscribe from by BIS before they can debit my airtime, now I can't unsubscribe and tomorrow my airtime will be gone!!! I have a useless sim card with me.
