Never in my life have i experienced such complications.

I needed a sim swap, because the virgin mobile sim cards just don't last, and when I bought the first sim card, they guy told me that I need to get a sim card at shoprite or checkers. so I get my sim card at Checkers, and the guy told me, it's an old sim card and they can not do a sim swap. WELL HELO!!!

How many sim cards do I have to buy before virgin mobile will be able to do a sim swap, because I plainly REFUSE to pay R155 (R55 for a new sim and R100.00 for the courier) to be sent to me from where ever, because there is no branch in Bloemfontein.

Thank goodness I was able to cancel the contract today. Because the sooner I don"t have to pay for this kind service the better.

And by the way, Nandipha was unable to give me any kind of confirmation that the contract was cancelled. If any payment goes off after 25/06/2013, I will have to take further steps
