I have had many problems with my Samsung Galaxy s2 ever since I've got it from MTN on contract, I've sent my phone in 3 times, the first two times to crown mines, they did not fix the issue at all with my phone and the problem persisted, I then took it to MTN repair in Midrand, and they did fix the problem however they replaced it with another problem, when I took my phone back to crown mines they told me my phone was out of warranty, they still however kept my phone to send it in for repairs, almost 2 weeks had passed and they did not inform me of the fault and the cost to repair it, which is standard protocol, they merely kept my phone and did not even bother to inform me to collect it, they didn't even fix the phone. I am very disappointed about the service I've received and the faulty phone they had given me, I've been with MTN for a very long time, and after the service I've received I am considering moving to another service provider.
