They should just say if they dont want to help

I have bee an MTN customer, for almost 15years now, it was my first time having to do a sim swap as i have never lost any of my phones, i have two contracts with MTN. I went to MTN AT Mall@Reds in centurion in effort to get a sim swap they told me that they cant do sim swap after 06:00 the system doesnt allow them. i then saw a pouch for my new phone wanted to buy it then after few seconds they told me the system was down, i found that very odd. had to leave without a sim swap or pouch! ridiculous. following day i went to MTN in randburg as its near my work place when i got there a lady with some bad attitude told me that i need an affidavit to do the sim swap, asked me what happened to my sim card told her it was with the phone & she told me that i need to go to the police station. after i have taken my lunch hour to go to MTN, I reported the sim card when i blocked the phone another affidavit for a sim card thats mine and on contract, had my ID With me my MTN statement and me in person to answer all security questions they would have possible had about my account. i just called MTN centurion they told me all this is ridiculous must come with my ID & anything proving that
