3rd sim swop this month and it's still not working

I just don't know what to do anymore. I've been very patient, I've been shouting and this has even had me in tear multiple times. I've been experiencing so many problems with this sim card and I just can't take it anymore. This is the 3rd sim swap I've had to do this month and every time everybody makes empty promises and says it will be fixed and it just doesn't get done. My sim card has not been working for almost 3v weeks this whole month and almost now going into the new month. I've had it I can't go on like this. I'm not complaining about the customer service I've received but the fact that my sim just doesn't work is bothering me. Any other sim card works fine when inserted into my phone but I just don't understand why this number is doing this???

At this point in time I feel it would be better to just buy a pay as you go sim card and not have these hassles with a contract nevertheless with the service provider.

I can't keep having problems like this quys really this is really inappropriate!!
