On the 24/11/13 I cancel the deal that I had taken out with vodacom online however they had already debited my account with R346, 90x2. I was told that I would only be refunded after they had received the handsets from RAM the courier service company and the courier company would come within 7 to 10 working days. The entire week had passed no response from vodacom as to when RAM will be coming out, I called back on the 01/12/13 to inquire again the agent said that they don't know why but will follow up again no feed back I called again the next day and the day after still nothing the week again had gone by. On the 09/12/13 I called and insisted that I speak to a supervisor as the agents in the call centre don't know how to do their jobs and for customer service it's an abomination who would have ever thought a company that has branded themselves as a leader in the industry will employ people that doesn't care about the company reputation. On the 27/12/13 I was again debited 610, 10 I called the 082 1945 call centre again the agent stated the money was incorrectly debited system error she says and there are no team leaders nor supervisors to assist and she doesn't know wen I will be
