I JUST HAD IT!!!
I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A REFUND I'VE REQUESTED SINCE 28/12/2012. SINCE AUGUST 2012 I'VE MADE PAYMENTS TO A OLD ACCOUNT NOT BEING AWARE VODACOM HAS ALLOCATED A NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER. I'VE HAD A VERY HIGH SHARE OF INCOMPETANT AGENTS TO SPEACK WITH FORM WNS AND MOST OF THEM DONT KNOW HOW TO HELP ME OR THEY JUST BECOME RUDE. LASTELY I REQUESTED TO SPEACK WITH A TEAM LEADER OR MANAGER AND THE RESPONSE I GOT WAS THAT "ZEYAAD " THE AGENTS TEAM LEADER AFTER HOLDING FOR 24 MINUTES HE WAS SAID TO BE IN A MEETING AND THE ARE NO OTHER TEAM LEADERS TO GET MY CALL. NOT ONLY DOES THIS UPSET ME TO CALL 5 TIMES AND NO TEAM LEADER IS WILLING TO TAKE MY CALL. VODACOM I'M DISAPPOINTED IN THE KIND OF COMPANIES YOU EMPLOY TO ASSIST CLIENTS. I DONT LIKE MANAGERS WHO DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS MOSTLY IN A CUSTOMER CARE INVIROMENT.
I ALWAYS CONFIRM WHAT COMPANY THE AGENTS ARE ANSWERING MY CALLS AS I KNOW VODACOM OUTSOURCES.
