I took a new contract with Vodacom received an SMS from Vodacom stating account will be debited on 29th account wasn't debited on 29 called the call centre enquired about it and agent stated debit would go off on the 14th lo and behold woke on 31st to find account debited called Vodacom to find they can't find SMS they sent to me now I gotto go to a vodacom customercare because Vodacom' s incompetence as a cellular service they can't trace sms sent by them to their clients is there anyway Vodacom can solve this without me having to visit there vodacare
