WORST UPGRADE Call Centre SERVICE EVER

Vodacom delivered a faulty IPhone 5 to me on the 25 June. I called the 0821959 number to advise of the fault & the call centre agent didn't even log my query but he promised that they would collect the phone & replace me with a new as I was with in the 7 day out of box guarantee. When I called to inquire today when will they collect as they hadn't collected YET I discover that my query wasn't even logged but this lady was rude, arrogant & basically told me to F... OFF she didn't even care about my unhappiness nor give me an alternative: call reference number was S3TTJ3L-LJHKD. I called them again & dealt with an agent who told me that she doesn't want to hear about my complaint about the 2 call center agents& if I want to complain I should call the other dpt which I did. Now I am stuck with an IPHONE 5 which is only going to be collected after 14 days, it will not be replaced, and the call center agents couldn't even be bothered that I was inconvenienced, disappointed that I lost a whole days work & money because of their lack of professionalism & ethics. I am so saddened that I have 4 contracts with this company & not debited less than R1500 monthly & this is the treatment I get?
