Very Bad service ever... From Sep to date

I bought a mini ipad with Vodacom in Sep, i was not happy with the product & returned it within the days specified on their contract.everything was supposed to have been cancelled but it wasnt & i was debited.i called in & spoke to Amahle/Mahle who advised that the account was disconnected & the money was to be paid back to my account in 30 days. i waited & it was not done & in the mean time, they debited again the following month. i called in & spoke to Dorcas requesting to speak to a supervisor, she advised that the team leader was busy on the call, took my number & promised he will call me back, he didnt coz Dorcas didnt relay the message. I called the next day & spoke to Amandla, he said everything was done, approvals & all, the money will be paid back within 7 working days, it was not done again. i called, spoke to a team leader Tebogo whom told me that all supervisors were on leave, he said money will be paid last week on the 24th & it was not done, i called again, he took my number & said he will call me back in an hour, even now, im still waiting & still dont have the money, this has been ongoing since Sep till date & all vodacom supervisors are all on leave in this process.
