'No stock', no feedback, no answer

I ordered online what i thought was a good deal 10 days ago online (3GB 3GB nite surfer dongle for R139pm).

At first I thought the service was good because i got a general response email to my order, not long after a call centre agent called me to tell me what the next steps were, when the debit order was going to be, how long the courier will take to deliver, etc...

After no feedback that my application was approved/declined and no phonecall from the courier I decided to call to find out where my order was... They said that they were 'out of stock', if i never called i would have gotten no response at all. They still never called me. I sent email to the 'onlinesales' address to find out the staus there was no response.

Once again, i called the call centre and was put on hold for 10miutes and just hung up.

For a company that wants to compete in the 3G market with CellC and Vodacom; this is PATHETIC!!!

Does this deal even exist??? Am I ever going to get that call from the 'courier' who was meant to call me then deliver within 5 days???
