I have renewed my contract via Nashua Mobile and received my device in December. Since then this has been my second device since the first phone had heating problems which started showing after two days which allowed me enough time to return the device to my vendor within their 7 day return policy period. My replacement/second device has unfortunately suffered a cracked screen after the 7 day return policy. The cracks, starts at the main button (side button) and spreads in both the top and to the bottom of the phone.i haven't taken out insurance as yet and I don't use a cover. The phone has such a stunning feel to it that I have been trying to avoid having to use a pouch or a cover.
I am a first time Sony mobile user and unfortunately have grown attached to the device. Please be so kind and let me know how to go about fixing my problem and please advise how to avoid this from happening again after my device is fixed.
