Very poor customer service

I have applied for 2 contracts telephonically beginning of Nov. And both contracts was approved immediately.i haven't received any feedback from Vodacom after that, only to my surprise my account got debited end of Dec.
Called the centre on the 03/01/2014 spoke to an agent (Martin) who advised me both lines will be cancelled with 3 days and I will be refunded within 3 to 7 working days. I waited no feedback. Called back on the 15/01/2014 got through to the same agent and all he could tell me was "we haven't received any feedback, but il send an email to do a follow up" I then requested to speak to a team leader none was available and was promised a call back. Until today I was never called. I called the centre again this morning spoke to Lehlonolo (agent) who escalated the call to Tebogo Ragedi (TL) all the team leader could do was tell me about the turn around which was now changed from 3 to 7 days to 7 to 21 working days. I asked him to call me as soon he has feeback. Line got disconnected in my ear. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

I'm very unhappy with this poor/pathetic service.
I NEED MY REFUND ASAP!!!
