My land line went down 3 weeks ago - no dialing tone. I have reported it almost every day with the promise that the fault has been escalated - what a joke. Still nothing and no-one at Telkom cares. Why do we bother renting land lines from them - perhaps we should all boycott Telkom and move across to their competitor.
