I have reported the same faults on my land line every 2 weeks since October 2012. I am experiencing a crossed line, followed by NO LINE AT ALL when Telkom responds! I am a Medical Practitioner and need my land line. My name is Dr V Guyon Fry, my 'phone number is 0116465106 and the latest fault logged number is 281CRZ210413.
I have 2 friends who can verify the crossed line-they can hear the other party, but that party can't hear me. This crossed line has also been heard by Telkom - when I have 'phoned to report this fault.
Please try to get Telkom to acknowledge the fault, and fix it ASAP!
