A FRIEND REPORTED MY LAND LINE FAULT ON THE 2 AUGUST, WAS TOLD TO CHECK FIRST OR THERE WILL BE COSTS. WE CHECK AND STILL FAULTY SO REPORTED IT AGAIN. WAS TOLD THAT THE LINE WAS AND MUST GO INTO TELKOM AND GET A 3G PHONE BECAUSE THEY NOT REPLACING LINES. WENT IN THEY CAN'T FIND THE REPORT AND DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE LINE CAN'T GET 3G PHONE BECAUSE NO COVERAGE.
PHONED AGAIN TODAY SPOKE TO 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE - NOW THEY TELL ME I CANCELLED THE LINE (BIT IMPOSSIBLE AS I HAVE A CONTRACT THAT INCORPORATES MY CELL PHONE) SO GET HOLD OF A TECHNICIAN NUMBER AND CALL HIM HE SAYS NO FAULT REPORTED.
LINE STILL NOT OPERATIONAL AND NO SATISFACTION FROM THE CALL CENTER ON WHAT IS ACTUALLY WRONG.
