Approximately two months ago I accpeted the offer from Telkom Mobile, regards the Telkom Unlimited Package, which was advertised as R1199 per month, and unlimited calls to all networks including Telkom land lines.
The service was working very well, until this morning, when I was unable to make calls. I reported the fault to Telkom Mobile, and they have now come back to me saying that the unlimited offer on land lines is only applicable to residential land lines, and NOT to business land lines!! How do I call my bank? How do I conduct my day to day activities.
This was NEVER brought to my attention at the time of taking out the contract, nor was it EVER stated on their advert as such. Their advert still runs as Unlimited calls to all mobile networks, as well as to Telkom Landlines. DOes my bank not have a Telkom Landline???
I hereby urge Telkom Mobile to honor the agreement that I was duped into by thier advertising.
