Pay good money to telkom every month only to be sitting without a functioning land line since last Friday. We notified Telkom first thing this week and they have done exactly nothing to solve the problem, No communication about when it might be fixed either. Imagine if I was running a business from home and really needed my land line. I really wish there was a healthy competitor in the telecommunications sector to give Telkom a much needed a long overdue wake up.
