Terminating land-line

I have not used my Telkom land-line for phone calls or ADSL for more than three months. Nothing even plugged in.
I have been trying to terminate the line for more than three months with no success. Computer offline, and do it online on Telkom website.

Cannot find the termination option on the website.
Please assist me to terminate the land-line.
