Telkom has a very bad fault follow up service

I have been experiencing repeated problems with my land line - the line cuts off during both outgoing and incoming calls. Telkom keep saying that my line is not faulty! I have reported this fault at least 4 times over the last 6 weeks.
The telephone number concerned is - 011-646-5106.
The latest reference number is - 581CRZ100113.
I am a medical practioner and need my land line.
I am having to stay at home in case a technician comes - this is very inconvenient, to say the least!
I am being charged rental for the multiple times that my land line is down.
