I reported my land line to tecnical suport 2 weeks ago, that my lines keep getting crosed with other lines and for 3 days my naghbour and my tell no got swiched i had his no and he had mine, now my land line is off for the past week if its not more than that, i run my business from home, and are awaiting calls that i tendered on telkom is incompedent to do anything, everytime they say that they will send out a technision to fix the problem but no one as came to do it it has been 3 weeks that we are awaiting on them to fix the problem our internet also keeps on going off and then it is off for almost 2 days i am losing business and money because telkom is not doing there jobs i am so tired of there lazyness and incompetents. Telkom is the worst network that there is. I would not rever anyone to telkom after all of the problems that i am having with them and i have reported my problems at telkom more than one's they are totaly useless with helping there customers. The people working at telkom is defnetly not competent to work there they sould hire people that actualy know what they are doing!
