I have bought data from this shop three separate occasions. Each time I left feeling upset, disgruntled and telling myself never to go back again. Yesterday I, together with a number of other customers, waited for almost an hour before being assisted. During that hour only 3 clients were assisted, the staff didn't acknowledge anyone, apologize for waiting, offered a chair, explained the delay or did anything whatsoever to raise their level of service. When the gentleman in front of me enquired from the one sales person how long would she still be busy with that transaction (there was a lot of laughs, sitting/ waiting, doing nothing and ten filling in papers etc) the answer from the very unfriendly person was 'until I am finished'. Has these staff never been trained? What about 'Hello, we are experiencing a problem with the system' or 'Hello, we are experiencing problems with these applications, would you kindly be patient and we'll help asap'? Rather, rude, unhelpful staff all but telling you 'Please go away, we don't want you here or the extra work'. I don't know if there is in fact another mtn in Potch but I will never go there again.
