Useless service from person who took in my phone

I took my BB9790 in for repairs. Now I'm not sure if it would have been too much trouble for the gentleman who assisted me, too take a look at the phone or listen to the problems I have been experiencing. Two weeks after I took in the phone, I call them to follow up on how far along the repair process is, then they tell me that the repair centre (HVRC Crown Mince) has advised them that they are still waiting for parts. When I call them back a week later to ask, how far a long the repair is, they tell me the phone was sent back without being repaired, because they picked up the phone had water damage, and I accept that, BUT TO EXPECT ME TO EXCEPT THAT IT TOOK THEM THREE WEEKS TO DETERMINE THIS, IS JUST... and not too mention the fact that they had to me a week earlier, telling me, that they were waiting for parts. So now I have to take my phone in to a private repair centre, and pay for it, and maybe go another week without my phone. I can not wait to end my contract with these people because it has just been bad service since day one.
PS: I guess having one person in a store who can at least inspect the phone before booking it in and wasting your customers time is too much
