Shocking service and attitude

Went to the Vodacom Shop in Killarney mall yesterday as I want to port a number from another service provider. 2 staff members - both busy with customers - one of whom was just wandering around looking at different phones - not necessarily busy with the staff member, the other looked like she was just chatting, and the staff member did not even attempt to make eye-contact with me or acknowledge that I was there. 1 person on the till dealing with 'walk-in's'. Waiting for about 15 minutes and eventually the person on the till asked what I was there for. I told her and she proceeded to loudly (not in English) speak to her colleague - didn't actually say if she could help me or not. Then went into the back office - I noticed there were other staff in the back, who remained there. Waited for another 5 minutes before her colleague went to look for her! She came back and told me they had no starter packs!!! How unacceptable not to have such a basic item in a supplier's store!!! Not to mention the atrocious service.
