The Best Bank With The Least Amount Of Staff!!!

How can a a big bank go into the future with a branch that as always got to little staff? The Staff they have is great but just way over worked if i go in i wait for 2 hour plus just to see my banker? Really how can a great bank like this not hire more staff? And if i call for my banker He is always busy and like any other business person i have my banker which i like to deal with him but the problem is he as to many clients to get to even if he tries he cant satisfy everyone. So when i don't wanna stand in a cue i make a appointment then to my surprise i still have to wait an 1.30 minutes in a cue to see him what is the point and then if he helps u before the clients sitting and waiting you as a customer gets a dead stare which i understand as i have been in a cue more than ones and also get frustrated if some one jumps the cue but i work 12 hour shifts and don't have 2 hours plus to waist. I really love FNB but considering changing banks as customer service should be first and unfortunately your staff is not able to do that no matter how hard they try you cant service 100 customers with 1 person without someone being unhappy.
