Last month i went into Hi as it is a new store in Somerset Mall, i was looking for a cover for my iphone 4s Wendy came over to me I asked her if she could help me with a iphone 4s cover, she looked surprised and asked why i still have this phone? and said she didn't' know where I will find a cover because no one carries the iphone 4s stock anymore! i walked out ashamed because she said that in front of clients. I did find a cover for my iphone 4s else where. 21/09/13 I went back. I waited 7 minutes for her acknowledge that I'm there, her staff did tell her that I was waiting to speak to her and in those 7 minutes I saw 2 customers come and go because the other two workers were busy with clients, but Wendy was sitting and working on the computer. I understand that she was maybe busy but AT LEAST look up and acknowledge your customers and let them know you will help them within a certain time. When she finally helped me i explained my story she sarcastically said sorry and she denied ever telling me that there wont be any cover for my phone the more sarcastic she was the more upset i got, when i left my mom saw her speaking ill about me to another customer!!! i was so shocked.
