My samsung galaxy s4 has a poor performing battery which is common problem with the device around the world. I phoned the cellc call center the lady was very unhelpful. She had no clue about the issue even though its widespread. She could not tell me if the cellc store have the replacement battery even though they have been issued by cellc. She could not help me with anything. An absolute waste of my time.
