I did a handset upgrade to the iPhone 5S on the 3rd of December 2013. The consultant I spoke to informed me that I will be put on back order, and that I would get my phone delivered this week. After numerous follow-up calls to the Vodacom upgrades department, NO ONE can tell me when they will be getting new stock. I will be out of the country next week, which makes me receiving the iPhone this week even more urgent. SO WHY, WHEN THEY KNOW THERE IS SUCH A HIGH DEMAND FOR NEW IPHONES, DOES VODACOM NOT MAKE SURE THEY GET ENOUGH STOCK TO MANAGE THE DEMAND!!!??? OR DO NOT ALLOW CONSUMERS TO ORDER THE PHONE IF YOU KNOW IT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE!!! CONSIDER ME A LOST CUSTOMER, NEVER WILL I AGAIN CONSIDER VODACOM AS MY CELLULAR NETWORK OPERATOR! AT LEAST HAVE THE DECENCY TO GIVE ME A PROPER EXPLANATION, AND WHEN I COULD REALISTICALLY GET MY PHONE!!???
