Just received my New Iphone 5 Yesterday on an Upgrade. Irregularly when I am on the phone, it has a BUZZING noise in the ear piece. I called Vodacare at Canal Walk, and they informed me, I can bring it in and they send it away..Then only in 7 days I will know if they replacing the phone. I know there is a problem with this phone as I have had an Iphone 3, 4 and a 4s before this and I can Clearly hear there is an issue with the speaker. I do not think its fair for me to wait for 1 week for a new phone, so I suggest they offer me an Iphone 5 Loan phone, for the week, or supply me with a new replacement phone,
I ask Vodacom to, BEFORE calling me, to have a look at my account, and my monthly spend. I have 5 Contract numbers, I have 2 Contract Data SIMS and another 2 prepaid, ALL on Vodacom. I have had 5 prior Iphones and everyone was perfect.. So all I am requesting is that as the customer I am not inconvenienced by not having a Iphone 5 for 1 week.
