Upgraded phone sent to wrong address!

I did an upgrade of my iPhone 4 to a white iPhone 5 16GB on 7 January and was informed by the agent that the phone would be on back order as Vodacom was awaiting stock. On 15 January I received an SMS from Vodacom indicating that the order was invoiced and delivery would be made shortly. The phone had not arrived this morning and I queried this with the Upgrades Call Center only to be informed that the phone was delivered to Pretoria and the contact person i.e. me, was unreachable. I did not ask for delivery to Pretoria as I live in Jhb and there was no calls received or voicemail messages left regarding delivery. The phone was returned to the Vodacom warehouse and reassigned to another order. Apparently there is no longer stock of the white 16GB iPhone 5 and I was informed that I would have to settle for another phone or wait the backlog period again. This is unacceptable as I provided all the required info correctly, the error was made between Vodacom and the courier and they should be held accountable. I want my phone.
