Poor Service

I admittedly paid my account late and my services was suspended. I then paid my account on the 4th december 2013 and my services has not been restored as yet. i then went to the branch at the blue route mall in tokai today the 9th december 2013 and spoke to zunade. he told me that my account has been sof barred and no one at that store could undo it. So he sent an email and im still waiting. Very poor customer service from altech autopage. ive been without service for 5 days now. very very poor customer service.
