Vodacom has incompetent, lying Consultants

On 15 November I decided to upgrade to an Iphone 5s. The consultant on the line assured me that the device would be delivered within 3-5 working days.By the second week I had not heard anything and I phoned vodacom. The consultants in the call centre weren't able to give me information regarding the delivery date of the Iphone. I then cancelled my order due to Vodacom's consultants being incompetent and deliberately giving incorrect information.

Secondly, last week 29 November I decided to place another order with vodacom. I spoke to Amanda. She again assured me that the long delay for an Iphone was now over and that it would only take 3-5 working days. I repeatedly informed her of my previous situation and how the consultant and gave incorrect information. She continued to reassure me that the phone would be delivered within 3-5 working days.
Today I phoned the call centre to enquire. The lady on the phone let me know that there is no stock available and that stock will arrive in the next two weeks. She asked if I would like to reverse my order and i said no! Once I finished my conversation with her I received an sms to let me know that SHE had cancelled my order.
