Vodacom upgrade service, a disgrace

I was due for an upgrade in December 2012 and inquired about the Huawei G300 at the beginning of January 2013 because Vodacom had sub-standard phones available for December. I was told by the store in Greenstone Mall that they'd order the phone for me. A month later they said stock had run out and that I'd need to choose another phone. So, on the 12th of February 2013, I was quoted for the Sony Xperia Go. About 1.5 weeks ago, I phoned to ask where my phone was, after being promised several times that I'd be able to pick it up in a couple of days, only to be told that the phone was on back-order and would arrive end of February. Now, after running after Vodacom yet again, I've been told it will arrive only next week and that I may not get it because Vodacom have limited stock. How many hoops must I jump through to get what I'm paying for? I am entitled to an upgrade, yet Vodacom seem to refuse to want to give me one. How can Vodacom advertise phones that they actually don't have? I'm sick and tired of waiting. The upgrade quote has expired and I still wait. Vodacom customer care and upgrades call centre is also useless. I've been waiting 2 months for an upgrade, I want my phone!
