NON Delivery of iphone 5s

We ordered the iPhone 5s on November 8 2013. Vodacom advertised that pre orders would open then and i was contacted by a consultant cause my name was on a list. after a week and a half of NO delivery i started following up, being taken from one operator to the next. Eventually someone came out with the truth that Vodacom took orders for phones they did not have. When we upgraded our phones to iPhone 5s's the consultant told us there is still stock and we were secured a phone. Now we have upgraded and were told it could take up to 3 months to get a phone and we are on back order, but when we upgraded the consultant said we have secured phones. ABSOLUTELY disgraceful service from VODACOM and is a sure fire way to lose customer loyalty, especially when we've been customers for about 10yrs. We've been to and deceived. I WANT THIS FIXED
