NO DELIVERY ON SERVICE

UPGRADED ON 24/11/2013. DELIVERY WAS DUE TODAY 09/12/2013. AFTER CALLING TO CONFIRM DELIVERY ACCORDING TO VODACOM AFTER THE 7 CALL, DROPCALLS, BADLINES ETC. THEY TELL ME THAT i AM DEAD AND THEY HAVE SEND NEW PHONE BACK TO THERE OFFICES AND A OTHER CLIENT WILL RECIEVE MY PHONE AND A NEED TO REUPGRADE AND WAIT ANOTHER 3 WEEKS FOR MY PHONE.
THIS IS UNEXEPTABLE.!!! PHONE MUST BE DELIVERED BEFORE 10/12/2013.
