False Advertising and No Delivery

I placed an order for a cellphone on 17/12/2013, which Vodacom advertised that there will be next day Delivery. On the 18/12/2013 there was no phone delivered to me, when I called Vodacom ater holding for a long time they told me that the package is still in the Warehouse and they wont be able to deliver. They also informed me that there is no way of them contacting the Warehouse. I dont not understand if this is a Vodacom Warehouse why cant the people at Vodacom get in contact with their own people! This is truly unprofessional, I am utterly disappointed with the service or rather non-service! It is the 19/12/2013 and still when I called them now they tell me that I will not receive the order, this is false advertising because it's now 2 days not next day delivery!!! I am still waiting for my phone and I doubt that I will even recieve it tomorrow (20/12/2013) at the rate they are going! Why is Vodacom saying "next day" delivery when they cannot keep to their word? Whenever I ask to speak to a Manager or Supervisor they transfer me to a Team Leader, why is this? The team leaders offer me no solutions. I have had enough!
