INCOMPETANT EMPLOYEES NOW BREACHING CONTRACT

I think you are now breaching my contract after so many years... YOU HAVE NO CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AT ALL. Two of my cell contracts was suspended. Onto HELLOPETER again - 09:54:58 | Tue 26 Nov 13... Utterly Disgusted: I had no confirmation that my account had been sorted out as yet, we ended up with another suspension on one of my contracts because the accounts department transferred all payments to one account. Requested a statement reflecting journals passed and display only current outstanding amounts due still waiting. NOW this SMS what is this? I want a statement where payments was allocated and rectified and a letter to say my ITC record will NOT be affected by MTN's incompetence. Now threats with Brookes & Luyt "SMS" and again suspension of lines? This is going for 2 months, seriously!
This is 2 (two) months & no JOY THE ONLY PERSON @ MTN who tried up to thus far for account to be sorted is Lilorne Chriseleen Roziers and not even this lady can get you to sort this mess, why is it that this is lingering? She is also the only contactable person and why heaven knows.
