Upgrade Service Pathetic

I did my upgrade electronicly online on 29 April 2013, Today 6 March 2013 i phone the call centre to query when i would receive my new phone, as it said online within 5 to 7 working days. Just to find out that my new phone is on its way back to JHB - apparently the courier company tried to phone me before delivery as the adres they had was incorrect, and my phone went to voice mail. I had no missed call or voice message. So i canceled my upgrade - because how long will i have to wait once again to reveive my new phone. When i spoke to the call centre, my delivery details and PO box adres was incorrect - after i changed it online on my profile months ago. This also explains why i dont recieve my itimesed bill that i have been paying for months. Seriously considering changing my service provider.
