I've upgraded online with the benefit of free delivery to my home address. The consultant spelled my address incorrect as it was done over the telephone with no way to make sure the address is taken down correctly. I've changed the address at customer support in menlyn, but havent heard anything from vodacom since. I've called the support number, but none of the consultants can help me. I've upgraded the 26th of November 2013, it is now the 26 th of december 2013 and the phone has not yet been delivered nor have I received any information regarding the delivery status. The promise of a 24 hour delivery period has also not been met.
