I ordered a cellphone contract on Wednesday Morning (14/08/2013) between 08:30 and 9am... I was advised that i would get a call to confirm the delivery. Agent did advise me that delivery may take place on Friday (being today), which i can understand... However i phoned in this morning to the call centre to find out if i would be receiving my phone today, Agent advised me that IF i get a call today to confirm the delivery then i would only get the phone on Monday... Which defeats the purpose of advertising (Next Day Delivery). It is now 09:30 and still have not received any form of communication regarding the delivery. Where are the days where a promise you make is a promise you keep???
