My fiance visited the Nelspruit branch yesterday to query our internet connection but was told that everything seems fine.
I am paying for a 2Mbps line and I checked last night - I am syncing at 800kbps. I then got hold of Telkom on Twitter this morning before 8AM. "ML" said that they are investigating and will get back to me. They did not. After I queried 4 hours later, they said they'd escalate. I now have messaged them asking if there is any feedback and they are not replying to my tweets though they are replying to other people. It has now been 45 minutes that I am waiting for a reply. I need my full speed for a live webinar tonight and tomorrow night and Telkom is dragging their heels yet again. A whole day has passed and they have done nothing to help. Can anyone tell me what to do to get the services that I am paying for?!
