Telkom Internet problems

I have had Telkom as my internet service provider for 9 months so far, and sorry to say that it has not been what I have expected.

In the 9 months I have placed NUMEROUS calls with the Telkom call center about losing internet connection (sometimes I had to restart the modem every 5 min), they resolve the problem for 3 days (sometimes not even) and after that it loses connection again. Then we start the whole process over.

I have been VERY patient with the problems until I picked up that from last week my 1mb internet line is extremely slow. Last night I did a internet speed test as I waited almost 3 minutes for my browser to load. The results were VERY VERY BAD.

Download speed : 31 kbps
Upload speed : 11 kbps

So after this I tried phoning Telkom to report this problem, I was on hold for 20 minutes and decided to put the phone down.

I have had it!!!
