I was upgraded to a 4MB line which the telkom site says i can support but my line is only syncing and 1322KB/s. I have tried getting AXXESS (who manages my line) to get telkom to fix it and all i get is a lot of smses from telkom saying that the line is fixed when it isn't! my line attenuation is sitting at 63db and nobody is trying to fix it. this is a service that i am paying for! please can you fix my line so that i am able to get 4mb speeds!
