I have upgraded my adsl from 2mbps to 4mbps at the beginning of December 2013.
Recently I have experienced slow internet speeds. I decided to go onto the Telkom adsl checker website and my line is reporting only 2mbps. I am also only getting 2mbps worth out of a contract (running speed tests, and can't even stream 240p videos on youtube) that I pay for with my own money. I logged a call with Telkom 3 days ago (ref no #440059) and have not received any feedback. I am starting to regret my decision because I have had nothing but mix-ups and issues with my account at telkom and it has only been 2 months!!! I am paying for my account in full and as a customer I demand service from you. If not, I will not consider Telkom in the future and will definitely not recommend it to anyone.
